taiwan beauty w/ wrinkled, dimpled scale appearance

I purchased a pair of subadult taiwans. The female's scales, especially the more dorsal ones, are wrinkled and/or dimpled. In addition w/in 2-3 weeks after shedding her skin appears to be partially sloughing off. She begins her shed cycles in less than 4 weeks. She has been eating alot and has gained quite a bit of weight. An awesome snake, I would like to have look her best. Any suggestions? Has anyone ever used topical vita E for similar problems? Is she putting on to much weight to soon?
