I haven`t in my 20 years of breeding situlas never observed any differences in keeping situlas from different places. The snakes from Grece seems to have a larger variation in their colors than from other places. Most of the striped situlas originates from Grece. I have only seen a few pictures of these snákes from Crim, and I didn`t know that they were in the hobby.
Maturity can be reached in as little as 16 months but they usually produce their first clutch in their 3`rd year. Clutch size depends on the size of the female. Small females produce 1-3 eggs and larger can produce up to 14 eggs. Normally my females produce 3-6 eggs.
