HELP!!! My snake stopped eating!

Hi all...I have a problem. My rat snake stopped eating! He's about 3' long...apr. 2 years old. I have raised him on defrosted mice all his life (pinkies when he was a baby). I take him out of his cage, put him in a box and have the defrosted mouse on tongs, so not to get bit. He has never had a problem with this procedure before. However, it's been about 2 weeks since he last ate. He's defecated (what he could) normally and has drank normally. I'm baffled. I try not to feed him right before or after he sheds, but it's been too long. Is their some typ of stimulant to make him eat? PLEASE HELP! I'm calling the vet today.
