YES....11 years of waiting and finally bonus

Hi everyone
I must share this.
Today the first female situla shedded, and I made an experiment. I took the shed and placed it in the terrarium of my Elaphe hohenackeri hohenackeri. 20 min later they were copulating. I have waited 11 years to see this.I am a very happy man today. I have tried so much to get them interested in each other the past years but nothing has happened. This year they had a very long and cold hibernation. About 5 months at 5-8 degrees Celcius.
Yesterday I cleaned the terrarium to remove all smell, so that the feromons from the shed has a more drastic effect, and it worked.
Now there is a gangbang down in the basement, mandarins and situlas are really in the mood, so I am taking pictures like crasy.
Hopefully there will be lots of eggs in about 50 days. I will keep my fingers crossed
