Yeah, that's a diadem. Hard to tell which sub-species though. Some will stay that color all their lives, others (like atriceps from Pakistan) will loose those saddles, develope black heads, black speckles all over the body, and the background color can turn any shade of red,orange,yellow, or a combination of all three. Some are extremely brilliantly colored.
