Leucistic Texas rat snake, albino or other color phase of the black rat snake, yellow rat snake, gray rat snake, Everglades rat snake. All are subspecies of the common rat snake, Elaphe obsoleta, and should be readily available.
If you want a heavier bodied snake that is easy to breed, check out Pituophis, the pine snakes, gopher snake, and bullsnake.
