:different snake, same area. I think they were a breeding pair. both 5-6 feet long. I have seen lots of them here in Delaware lately

it was kinda hard to tell from the first pic, because the snake is in shed. but, from what i can make out of the second one, it looks like Black Rat. were these really fast moving snakes? if so, that would be a Racer. but i believe what you have here is Black Rat.
