Yeah, just give her 24-48 hours rest, make sure she has access to water.. disturb her little as possible.. Offer her feed, try to fatten her up a little, and she'll be all set...
But wow..... sixteen eggs... that's awesome. Hope they do well for you!
:I thought she'd done this morning but after I removed the seven to the incubator she began to lay more. I now have a total of sixteen nice looking eggs in the incubator!
:She now looks really tired and thin so I've isolated her and left her alone. I know I now should feed her up, smaller items than usual maybe every four or five days, but I was wondering how long I should leave her alone before her first feed? I found a lot of stuff about egg care but not care for the female after she lays, any help would be well received.
