I feel your pain!I had a 6'+ black rat escape his brumation box back in november.It was in my basement which stays a constant 58 degrees.I search for it with a cordless spot light at least 5 times a day,and have not even found a shed skin.I'm afraid he might have gotten down in the block walls.
