elaphe dione gestation

Hi my dione (probably central china)breed 4 and 5 February, female had her shed 22 March, now she seem plenty of eggs, spend good part of the day in the box with sphagnum but still don't lay eggs
is this normal pr i should worry?
What about average time from copulating to laying?
