ADVICE ON EGGS

These eggs are about 8days old,They are from my Luecistic Texas Rat snake and this is my first clutch of any kind of snakes.These eggs don't look so good.This is the first time I breed these two,the person i got them from told me last year he double clutched them so I bought them as a proven pair.Any comments or suggjestions would be appreciated.Also I was wondering if I should put the weight on her and try again this year.THANKS TO ALL,P-RAT
