Looks like an Elaphe emoryi meahllmorum from the blotch count, but you can't be positive unless you know the locality on the snake since they have been hybridized in captivity a lot.
It does NOT look like a cornXemory spp. intergrade from western LA & eastern TX, but post or send me a picture of the lateral (side) blotches and of the ventral (belly) pattern to be sure, though.
