My male blue beauty has been refusing food for the last two weeks
and Im beginning to worry. He has always been a STRONG feeder usually
pounding 4-6 large mice a week but now he just looks at the mouse. I was
thinking what could have caused this and I think that he might be getting
the scent from my female which is in the cage above him. The male
is 4yrs. old while the female is 3. Could this be what is happening? I would
like to breed them but am unsure if the female is large enough. She is around
5 feet while the male is slightly more than 6. The female is skinny but solid
and feels more solid than the male. Will they stop feeding during this time?
Thanks a ton, Alex
