I would first start by trying to keep the temp closer to the 82 end of that scale. A small drop at night is ok but down to 70 is far to low.
You didn't say how large your snake is or what you have been feeding him nor the size of the food but I would look at both of those. If you've been feeding it frozen, try fresh killed. If you've been feeding him meals larger than the thickest part on his body try something smaller.
Also you didn't say how your tank is set up but make sure the snake has a hide box, he may just be a little nervous or shy.
There is a long list of things that can cause a snake not to eat and sometimes it's tough finding the problem but these are some of the easy things to check first.
