Bear in mind that I don't keep baird's rats (I hope to someday), and am transferring other species' traits to this one.
Did you find this snake as a hatchling with the white? Or was it a sub adult/adult? I know in a couple species (reticulated pythons and a morph of corns), the "pied" or "calico" comes in gradually. If this works that way, the only thing I can see you doing is keeping all of the F2 for a year or two, to see if it comes in eventually. Worse comes to worse, you've got beautiful normals with some growth to them already. And I know this has probably already gone over, but there's also the possibility that those are scars.
