LLL Reptiles sells them with pre-punched holes.
I bought a pack of 100 at Smart and Final, a restaurant supply/food store. I found that fabric stores sell the hole punches for a few bucks. It was easier to pick them up locally instead of having them shipped out. A little cheaper and it only takes a few minutes to punch the holes.
