All the albinos I've heard of or seen tend to have at least some pattern to them. Since racers start out blotched I would presume an albino would be blotched too, just like albino black rat snakes, pine snakes, etc.
All-white snakes are a different thing. An all-white snake would probably be either a leucistic texas rat snake, blizzard corn snake, or blizzard Cal king. (Do snow bulls have any pattern?)
Based on the shape of the head, that's no king snake. Also the eyes are a bit googly and the body compressed, so I'm going to say:
It's a young leucistic Texas rat snake. (Don't they also come with red eyes?)
