The following is some general information heavily influenced by MY HUMBLE OPINION.
This is not an exact Bairds Rat Snake Care manual but mearly a little help offered to someone who has asked.

I know I will not be answereing hardly any of your questions to your satisfaction but I can tell you that Bairdis probably max out between 4 to 5 feet.
They require the same basic care as most Noth American Rat snakes and Corn Snakes.
20 gallon tank or bigger, water dish large enough for them to soak in if they want, paper towels or aspen substrate ( don't feed on the aspen), Under Tank Heater at one end of the tank to provide temperature gradient ( 76 to 83 sufficient), provide hides on cool side and warm side of tanks and provide limb for climbing. They like to climb. They can aslo be kept in more sterile environment such as breeder boxes. For adults 28 to 32 quart boxes will work.
I am not sure just how fast they grow so I can't really help you there.
As far as how much to feed them you should let their size dictate feeding.
I have two little Bairdis both around 17 to 18 inches and I feed them two medium sized pinkies weekly.
When I received my pair I was informed they had never been handled. They can be kind of jumpy when first picked up and have musked me a couple of times, but they have never tried to bite me and they calm down relatively well.
They like to move and will try to escape but they aren't unmanageable. I can tell that with regular handling and time they will be excellent snakes and just as easy to handle as any of my corn snakes.
I can just say that I am truly glad I got the two I have and beleive that anyone who likes rats or corns would love Bairdis.
Jimmy
