Grey Rat

Hi i got a few grey rat snakes and was just wondering like how many years it would take for it to be breeding size. The female was hatched 8-14-02 and the male was born 9-?-02. They are not a related pair so if you could tell me how many years it will take.. I'm not a begginner in snake but am just beginnig to breed them though.Thanx
