I have asked this question on the forums before, with no responses as I recall. The question is this: where did the axanthic subocs originate? Were they a captive creation or was the first one found by a field collector? I have heard that the first albinos originated in captive collections in Europe, but I have personally witnessed an albino suboc that was collected in W. Texas and it seems that most if not all of the albino subocs in the US are progeny from a wild caught albino parent.
