Hi Hassan!
Where are you from by the way? Somewhere from SE Asia? Assuming that you are from there, heating and humidity shouldn't be a problem as long as there is a water dish for soaking and the cage is away from direct sunlight. The cage setup should be for a terrestrial snake as they usually stay on the ground.
If you are living in a temperate climate, temps of between 70-90 and humidity levels of 80-90% will be fine. These snakes love to soak themselves in the dish and can be tamed if handled consistently. Their bites are not really painful but remember not to forceably pull out any part of your limb that is being bitten so that the snake is not hurt.
Another thing to note is that snakes that are handled may become stressed and refused to eat. That is something you will have to work out for yourself if it becomes a problem. Personally, I have not experienced feeding problems with an Indo-Chinese that was frequently handled.
What are you feeding it? Indo-Chinese ratsnakes will eat mice frogs, lizards and birds. I would recommend that you get them to eat mice or birds to reduce the chances of parasitic infection.
Because Ptyas ratsnakes do not constrict their prey but swallow them alive, try to get them to eat pre-killed or, if not possible, smaller prey items to avoid injuring them.
I hope this information helps. Good luck and if you need more help, just holler!
Francis
