Leucisism...simple recessive?

Help me out here. Is this right?
leucistic x normal=100% het
Leucistic x het=50% het, 50% leucistic
normal x het=50% het, 50% normal
het x het=25% leucistic, 75% normal(66%het, 33%normal)

Is leucisism a simple recessive? I'm trying to brush up on my high school genetics. Thanks
