It does look like an albino yellow rat based on the photo. But it could also be an albino 'greenish' rat (Elaphe obsoleta obsoleta X Elaphe obsoleta quadrivittata) as they can be quite similar in appearance. Some yellow rat morphs out there can be traced to 'greenish' rat bloodlines. This may or may not be a bad thing depending on how you look at it and if you plan on breeding it.
But your snake is definitely an albino obsoleta rat (most likely albino yellow), IMHO.
