Actually, if that suggestion surprises you, it is probably good that he made it, even if you don't like it. It CAN cause problems in some situations. Just one of those things that we can, and probably should, try to avoid. And...he really didn't jump your case at all. It sounded to me like he was trying to be genuinely helpful (with accurate information, too). Good pic, nice snake. Good luck with it. Duffy

:FACT: Snakes do ingest anything from sand, mud, grass, to rocks, in the wild, and yet... they are able to survive.

:So before you jump my case about the way I feed, you might want to jump on Mother Nature for having such items spread out all over her vast greatness that snakes or any other animal is likely to ingest.
