About 40-ish days.

Don't know of any but I'm sure a Google search will turn some up. A closed Sterilite or Rubbermaid with just a couple of small holes for gas exchange and a 1:1 mix of water to vermiculite or milled peat and sand (by weight) kept at about 82-84 degrees will do the trick.
