In my experience, there are only a few reasons why a snake will shed badly. The first is humidity and hydration. Make sure it has access to a water bowl, and soak it in water for a few minutes daily as well, and also put a medium/large rock (or something similar - rough, but not something that's extremely sharp) in its cage, so it can use that object to pull its skin off naturally. This is how they do it in the wild often.
The next problem is possibly that the snake isn't eating enough. If it's a wildcaught/imported animal, this could be the case in 1/3rd or more of the cases. Feed it more..
The third possability is stress and/or parasites. Is this an imported animal? If so, has it been routinely treated with febendazole (panacur) or any other de-parasite agents?
Anyway, i'd go with one of the first two, but if they don't work, definately either panacur it (if you know how), or take it to the vet.
:my snake has had skin over his eys for more than a month, the humidity is high. whats the best way for me to get the skin off his eyes?
