Well, first of all most people wont agree with keeping snakes together. I personally dont house snakes together but have in the past, kept two corns together for 18 years. These were very large corns and probably the same size as your everglades, they were in a 75 gal tank. In most fish tanks the only difference between a 75 and a 55 is in the width, but I believe you will pay ~$99 for a 55 gal and nearly $200 for a 75 gal? they would probably be fine in a 55 gal, if you are decorating though a 75 might look better (more room)
:I have 2 full grown Everglade Rat snakes in a large 3x3x3 wood cage which gives them plenty of room. My question is how big an aquarium would I need to house them both comfortabally?. Would a 55 gal do or bigger... 65 or maybe a 75 gal?. I need something more cosmetically appealing if its going to be inside the house.
:thanks
