:Can you compare these to Sentacolis triaspis as far as cb care and temperament?
I keep both E. prasina and S. triaspis mutabilis (NOT the Arizona Senticolis but Honduran Senticolis which is more of a forest snake than a desert one).
Ok, let's see...first temperment:
-My prasina usually, but not always, bite like hell.
-My mutabilis usually, but not always, bite like hell.
Now that that's out of the way :-)
Care:
I'm currently keeping both in rack systems with ambient temp between 75 and 82, and a hot spot in the mid 80's.
I keep my prasina slightly more humid than my mutabilis.
The prasina prefer smaller prey (mouse hoppers); the mutabilis can take full adult mice.
Overall I like both species and couldn't really say that one is more of a headache than the other.
The main difference I'd say is that right now prasina are more available as c.b. (but are still not plentiful), while mutabilis are almost completely unavailable as c.b. (though I'm trying to change that).
Sorry that I can't compare prasina to S. t. intermedia, which are more available as c.b., but I haven't kept those. People I know that have kept them have characterized them as fairly fragile.
Overall, my advice (as obvious as it is) is go for what you find attractive and want to work with!
