What are the odds on getting the same situation in a another Bairdi? First off, how's the male doing? This post caught me off guard because I hadn't heard anymore on your male and I thought he might still be having problems with his eating. Anyway, I would go with the other post and not feed her for awhile if she doesn't look sucked up from dehydration. Let her digestive system get a rest. Regurge is extremely stressful on the digestive system of a hatchling. I would go at least 2 1/2 weeks before offering any food. Keep fresh water for her. Don't feed her any less frequently than 1 week apart for now. She won't grow as fast, but she'll be a better breeder (if that's your intent) if you're patient. If you just got her recently, make sure the person you got her from knows about the regurging and inquire about her. If she has a health problem and/or appears she isn't going to develope for what you want; you and that person should address that now unless this was understood at the beginning. Where did you get these recent Bairdi? If you don't feed her for 2 1/2 weeks and give her a pinkie and she regurges, you should take her to a vet or at least talk with one. Was she shipped to you? If so, how long did you wait to feed her. A lot of people feed a shipped snake too early because they want to see if it will feed for them. A good indication that the snake survived the stress of shipping. They feed them like within 2 days. Don't feed them that early. Give them water right away and then leave them alone for at least a week, but take peeks now and then to see how they're doing. The person who shipped the snake to you (or anyone shipping a snake to someone) should have taken care of feeding before shipping; if the snake is feeding. HeHe. Good luck Shaky. How's that awesome female Bairdi you posted pics of doing to put things on the bright side?
