Help Mandarins not feeding

Hi all. I Need quick help to my mandarins. I've got a c.b. pair from Soe Pedersen last October.
The cage is a 15 gal sveater box in a shaded part of my reptile room. Every cage gets 78-80° dth and 70-72 ntl and have a little humid box with moss, water dish, a shelter in the warmer side, and 2 holed plastic tubes for more seclusion.
I tried with "pinkie box" (hole on top), or pinkie in moss box.
The female ate 1 time, the male never ate.
Any suggestion welcome, thanx
