I keep track of the temps in this part of the world. I use Yahoo.com to get weather for Taipei every day. The island is basically subtropical to tropical, but it is dominated by mtns., so it can be quite variable. The Taiwan beauty is one of the northern subspecies and has a similar climate to that of Moquard's Beauty and Moellendorff's Ratsnake. I agree with Peirson pretty much except you can cool them in winter if you want. I brumate my moellendorffi and Chinese Beauties for 3 to 4 mos. at 55-60*F.
The humidity levels are highest in spring, summer, fall, and low humidity will cause the snakes to want to brumate in winter also. To keep them active, I'd try to keep it over 40%, at least, preferrably 50-60%. Here's a pic of beautiful Taiwan....>

:I'd check a weather website or an information page on Taiwan. Try a search for Taiwan's weather on google.com. For the record, I kept my Taiwans in the upper 70's year round and they bred for me 3 years in a row.
