Where did the first Leucistic Tx Rat come from?

Hey everyone I bought an albino Leucistic Tx Rat a few wks ago with hopes of one day breeding it to another Leucistic Tx Rat. After that I started to wonder where the first Leucistic came from. Was it found in the wild somewhere and if so how would a snake like that survive or was it an accident of someones breeding. I was just wondering these answers if anyone nows.
