You should only breed a Texas Rat to another Texas Rat. If you didn't want another leucistic, you could breed it to a normal TX rat or to an albino TX Rat.
Remember that any other rat you breed it to is going to end up het for leucism (and therefore appear normal). While technically you could breed it to any other subspecies or race of Elaphe obsoleta (any of the many morphs of black rat, everglades, yellow, or gray rat snake) you would end up with "garbage" babies. What would you do with them?
Who do you think would want a TX x Everglades het leucistic rat? It would probably grow in to a rather unattractive adult and most people simply wouldn't want them. You would end up having to raise and keep the babies yourself or put them in the freezer (it would be extremely unethical and in most places illegal to release them!).
I have known a few people who have tried this "wouldn't it be cool to make X and Y" and ended up with a bunch of baby snakes they couldn't get rid of.
Stick with TX rats. I suggest you stick with another leucistic. Baby TX rats (even if they are het for something) are very common and have a reputation for being ill-tempered and so would be hard to get rid of as well. Leucistic babies still have some monetary value and would be easier to find homes for.
