First of all, I would hesitate to give this "morph" a name as it could be just some congenital defect like kinking of the spine, etc.
Also, be aware I know nothing about the mode of inheritance of axanthism (silver) in Bogeys (I assume it is simple recessive?).
It almost looks like a calico effect (the real calico, not the calico applied to snakes such as pythons) where the snake is heterozygous and some of the normal color genes "bled" showed up in patches on the body. If that is true, it is unlikely to be heritable.
