:I have a chinese king rat snake that has been a problem feeder.Last time it fed was 9/27.It has only fed twice since owned.He's being kept with a shredded paper substrait under tank heater hot side is the mid 80's .I got him on 9/15 fed the 17th and then the 27th.He shed on 10/13 .Both times he fed on thawed hoppers.Any hints? I recently left him alone for a week undisturbed with the cage covered with no luck.he has plenty of places to hide.
Have you tried live fuzzies? If not try putting one in his favorite side of the cage in mid afternoon and leave it until morning. If that does not work try the old split brain. Good luck! Randy
