What is good temp. range for brumating black rats?

I seem to get a pretty consistant 60 degrees now in my basement. But is that too warm, and how much lower can they tolerate. I'm afraid I am a little inexperienced when it comes to hibernation. I would appreciate any suggestions. thanks in advance.
