go for the blizzard corn, I have 5 corns a leusistic rat corn mix, a leusistic texas rat snake and 5 ball pythons the pure ratsnake has a bit of a temper and strikes at people quite often.
but I got him when he was a year and a half. if you like the way the leusistic looks, get a mix like i have, it looks exactly like a leusistic, but has the temprament of a corn, i can send a pic of what she looks like...
