I'm no pro & don't quote me, but I didn't brumate my corn last winter & had no ill effects except a couple of times when I thought he had a respiratory infection. Fortunately, something occurred to me & this turned out to be simply pre-shed congestion, which cleared up after each shed. Unfortunately, this was after I had spent several hundred bucks at the vet - boy, he saw ME coming!! LOL
