It could be a cold, it could be a respiratory infection, it could be a few things. The main thing is to make sure the temps are good and high, for me, drying it out works too, but some other people will say to make it more humid? I've only had success with drying out though. I find it happens a lot in snakes that have tendencies to spill their water dishes, and even when they might have a proper hot spot in the tank, the rest of it is still just icky cold water.
I would start with raising the temps to 85+, see how that works, keep it dry, and if it still doesn't clear up, a trip to the vet is in order. don't let it go too long though, if you notice your snake is really having trouble breathing, take it to the vet for antibiotics BEFORE it gets too weak.
