It looks more like a very dark corn than an obsoleta or an emoryi to me. Obsoleta don't have that head pattern and emoryi don't have than orange/rusty tinge between the anterior blotches.
It is rather unusual looking, due to the fact that it is very dark and that the blotches have rather concave edges. I doubt it is going to grow into a very pretty snake!
