To extract him from his cage and place him in the feeding container, you may need to use a stick to hold his neck down (gently), and then grasp him behind the head so that you can control the location of his mouth with one hand, and lift his body with the other.

Many aggressive snakes will not srtike at the hands that are holding them as long as you are not touching their back or restraining them. Over time with regular handling the snake should become more calm. But wait until it's feeding regularly before attempting to tame it.
