My leucy "Bianca" is one of the gentlest snakes I own. I also have plenty of very gentle corn snakes, a snow corn that's a nasty devil, and a creamsicle that's rather unpredictable. Two of my black obsoletas are extremely laid-back. I don't think there's a hard and fast standard temperamental type for any species. Some may have more nervous or more calm tendencies, but extremes of either can be found in any species. Although Texas rats have a bad reputation, I believe that the leucistics are usually calmer than the normals.
