A friend of mine recently gave me a long term captive female Gonyosoma oxycephala (green phase). She was imported several years ago as an adult and has since bred multiple times in captivity.
So I assume she's fairly old and am scrambling to find her a male before her reproductive lifetime is up. Fortunately a friend of mine is going to be able to go through a shipment of these fresh from Indonesia so I should be able to get a good jump start on a male.
I have a fair amount of experience with acclimating and parasite treatment in snakes but little in this species.
Is there anything I should look out for beyond what is normally killed via standard Panacur and Flagyl treatments?
Thanks for any input.
