Y'all might recall a post I sent in response to someone earlier asking about Pest Strips and Goynosomas. Anyways about 6 mos. ago I noticed mites on a Goyno I'd hatched out and put it in a tank that had trips in it a week before (had been removed 7 days before I placed the snake in the cage. Well I guess the substrate had retained the Vapona and by all accounts the snake was dead by the evening. I took it out and planned on throwing it out later but was so disgusted w/myself I could'nt bring myself to do it. That night I noticed it move and put it in a shoebox. To make a long story shorter (sorry) I've been pinkie pumping it for 6 mos. as it still shook its head greatly due to what I perceived was permanent nerve damage and would'nt even strike while I attempted to tease feed it. Well, I put in a split brained fuzzy tonight and it ate it. I'm sorry my ignorance hurt the little beautie but I'm damn glad I did'nt give up! Bill
