:Hi Brian!

:I was hoping the setup sounded okay. I've done quite a bit of research before actually bringing the guy home but wanted to make sure. I *think* this little guy is full grown or close to it - roughly 3 1/2 to 4 feet in length and so slender! I am just amazed at the body difference between the colubrids and boids. I have a 4' Colombian Rainbow boa that is double this little guy's girth at about the same length. I'm planning on 1 or 2 small/medium mice per feeding once a week. The small mouse I fed him last night left a very slight bulge and he seemed quite content that the mouse fairy had dropped in. lol

:I'm hoping to borrow a digital camera in the near future to take some pics, so I will definately be posting. :) Actually, he's the only grey rat I've seen at any of the shows around here or at least the only adult I remember seeing. I'm just now getting into the corns and rats (bought my first pair of corns earlier this month), but I've looked at them a number of times over the years. I hadn't planned on getting another colubrid, but he was just too pretty to pass up. :) I can kinda justify buying him though because I still have 3 empty tanks. *G*
