Good place to collect Everglades Rat Snakes (Trip Two) 0-1

I am interested in collecting and possibly releasing just one Everglades rats. I spent a week in December circling Occechobe and found nothing except for lots of litter that had been cleaned up. Are there any places to peel bark that far south? I am also interested in Banana Yellow rats , anyone know of a good general area? jsellersiv@yahoo.com
