The problem with indentifying baby or juvenile american rat snakes (obsoleta) is that the pattern/coloration is very similar among the various subspecies. Some are more obvious than others, but it can be difficult to correctly differentiate between them when they are small. Your snake should continue to change color as it grows, and after a few more sheds it should begin to show hints of its impending adult coloration. Based on the pics that you posted, I am fairly convinced that it is either a baby glades or yellow rat.
