Black snake scales??

Two weeksago i noticed a few places where scales were missing and a brown spot had formed on my female adult, she was WC 4 months ago and feeds just as good as a capitive breed so now problems but now it seems she is losing more scales and in her water bowel it looks like they are coming off one by one i checked her for tick and mites nothing and wormed her also any ideas whats going on she still eating and it doesn't seem to bother her?
