I'm sick of people coming on this board to tell others what the laws are. If you are not sure of the laws, ask "What are the regulations for corn snakes in KY?" Always add a link to the site in question so other herpers can read the document in its ENTIRETY.

If I'm sounding direct and frustrated about this post, I AM! You sound well-intentioned, but please do at little more research in the future.
