I'll take my chances going off of the information posted on the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife website. If you ask me, it don't get any closer to the "horse's mouth" than that. Thanks to anybody who in good faith and good intentions posted contradictory information.

As far as me being worried about "getting in trouble"----well, if anybody out there is in enforcement and thinks that collecting a Black Rat Snake in Kentucky is illegal, come get me! Heh.. we'll give her a spin in court and see what happens.
